Running a team didn’t just change my business, it changed me as a person.

My mindset, the way I think, the way I operate, are now all different. 

You hear all the time people say “we’re a family” about their business, but for me and us it’s more like a sports team. 

We work together, we get results, we keep it professional but we’re still very much a team.
