George is an experienced leader with a successful track record of business growth in the modular hire and refurbished modular buildings. George has worked in the industry for over 9 years.

He has seen the industry's evolution from small localised businesses to the larger multi-national companies we see today. He has been involved in developing and installing numerous projects across the UK.

Des is an experienced and highly Professional General Manager with a wealth of experience and knowledge within the Construction and Modular industry. He holds various qualifications and certifications, including SMSTS, CSCS Black Card holder, First Aid, NEC 3 – Contract Management, and Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. Des takes great pride in all aspects of the business. He has built an excellent reputation within the industry as someone who delivers great projects, on time, within budget and, more importantly, to the client's satisfaction.

Janet has been a valued team member for the past 3 years, and her dedication and enthusiasm for her job have been evident from day one. Janet is a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with a knack for problem-solving. She is a great communicator and a reliable team member who is always available to help when needed. Janet can be counted on to handle whatever tasks come her way and to ensure that everything is taken care of in a timely and efficient manner.

Stu brings over 30 years of experience in marketing, project management, and large-scale event delivery, having worked with Push Fwd Ltd, Ashby & Croft, and Logan Sinclair. His extensive background in modular buildings, cabins, and site accommodation gives him a deep understanding of how to plan, coordinate, and deliver efficient modular solutions across multiple sectors.

Stu holds SSSTS certification, Level 3 and Level 4 NVQs in Project Management, and is First Aid and Fire Safety trained.

With over 12 years of administrative experience, Georgia has built a strong foundation in organisation, communication, and operational management across a range of sectors. In recent years, she has transitioned into the construction industry, where she has successfully applied her extensive administrative expertise to support project delivery, compliance, and site coordination.

Georgia brings a wealth of experience in document control, scheduling, procurement, and client communication, ensuring that every project runs smoothly and efficiently.

Mark is the Head of Production at Explore Modular. He is a highly experienced and respected leader in the industry, having overseen countless successful projects. His exceptional attention to detail and dedication to quality ensures the best possible outcome for every project.

A highly-skilled and experienced site manager, with a professional can-do attitude. High standard of customer service with a natural ability to communicate effectively. Ability to adapt to a varied workload with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Phil is is a skilled site supervisor with extensive knowledge in modular buildings. He ensures safety regulations on site are followed to the letter. His dedication and expertise make him a valuable asset to any building project.

Mario is an experienced and dedicated site supervisor with our modular building supply team. His extensive knowledge of the industry, coupled with his superior interpersonal and communication skills, make him an invaluable asset to our team.

Mckenzie is a recent school-leaver starting as an apprentice at Explore Modular; he is passionate about construction and has great potential, eager to learn and progress in his new role.
