Terms & Conditions

  1. All goods and services supplied by the Explore Modular are subject to the terms and conditions
  2. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the goods supplied meet their requirements, and the modular builder supplier shall not be held liable for any losses or damages caused by incorrect or incomplete specifications.
  3. The modular builder supplier reserves the right to adjust the price of goods supplied should the specifications change, or should there be any unforeseen costs.
  4. The customer is responsible for the delivery cost, unless otherwise stated in the contract.
  5. All goods supplied by the Explore Modular must be inspected within 7 days of arrival and any faults must be reported immediately.
  6. The modular builder supplier will repair or replace any goods found to be faulty within a reasonable amount of time at no additional cost.
  7. The modular builder supplier reserves the right to cancel any contract at any time if the customer is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions.
  8. Customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning goods and any other costs associated with cancelling the contract.
  9. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the goods supplied are installed and maintained properly and in accordance with any relevant regulations.
  10. Any losses or damages caused by faulty goods are the responsibility of the customer.
  11. The customer is responsible for ensuring that all payments are made on time and in full.
